If you caught your father having an affair and ask for forgiveness, are you willing to forgive your father? What will be the effect of it to your family especially to the children?If you’re the one who experience this situation what will you do? Mistakes that can affect your future. I read the story “Sinigang” by Marie Aubrey J. Villaceran, the story is about how Liza cope up with her problem. Her father commit extramarital affair and why she emotionally separated to her father.Extramarital affairs can broke home, like the story sinigang. The moral values that I get in the story is don’t rush yourself in making decisions, being respectful to the elders like how Liza respect her aunt even though she hated to talk her experience in wake, being strong despite how complicated the situation is, know how to apologize and learn from our mistakes and acceptance that’s the only thing to be free from your anger. Maybe the decisions you will make will lead to a bad or good results. Sometimes we know the consequences but still we pursue. Wrong doings can affect your relationship with your family and to the people who surrounds you. Some people the reason why they make wrong decision is the temporary happiness. The impact of this to me especially I’m a 21st century learner to realize how important to consider first the consequences before making decisions.
